Price Savings: Season Ticket Holders receive a discount compared to individual tickets which are dynamically priced.

New Era Phillies Team Store Discount: Season Ticket Holders receive a 15% discount at the New Era Phillies Team Store each time you show your mobile MVP Card at check out! Your mobile MVP Card can be accessed through the MLB Ballpark app and must be present for the discount to be applied.

Set to debut in left field on Opening Day 2023 and will be among the largest in the major leagues. Features the latest and greatest in high dynamic range (HDR) video technology.

Weight: 116,298 pounds, supported by 190 tons of structural steel.
Overall size: 152-feet wide by 86-feet tall; 77% larger than the former Phillies display (an increase in size from 97-feet wide by 76-feet tall).
16:9 aspect ratio; the new scoreboard will be able to display 516 life-size Phillie Phanatics simultaneously.
With a 4K capable and HDR system utilizing nearly 11.6 million pixels with 10mm pixel spacing, the new scoreboard will deliver richer colors and superb clarity.
Fans will also be able to experience better viewing angles and short distance viewing like never before.

In addition, a modernized production control room has been built to support the enhanced system.

SeatGeek is now the ofﬁcial Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace of Major League Baseball! As a season ticket holder, you can now list your tickets for resale directly on seatgeek.com through your My Tickets Account.

To begin listing your tickets, visit seatgeek.com to create your account and set up direct deposit.
Once that is complete, visit your My Tickets Account, choose the “sell” button, and begin listing your tickets for sale.
If your tickets sell, you will receive a notification they sold, the tickets will transfer to the buyer automatically, and you will receive payment within 48 hours after the event ends.
You are also able to seamlessly list your tickets for sale directly through the MLB Ballpark app via your MyTickets login.

For the 2023 season, we have added some new functionality called NFC ticketing. When a ticket is added to the Apple Wallet and then opened, fans will simply open the ticket in the Apple Wallet and tap their phone on our scanning devices for entry, no more need for a barcode. Follow these steps:

Open the Ballpark app
Select the game you are adding to your Apple Wallet
Click open to view your ticket(s)
Click the “Add to Apple Wallet” icon and then add in the top right hand corner
Your ticket(s) will now be ready to tap on the NFC readers for entry into Citizens Bank Park!

Phillies fans can order concessions ahead of time right from the MLB Ballpark app using a Mobile Ordering service. Open the MLB Ballpark app and tap on the Mobile Ordering icon, or scan a QR code available in select locations at Citizens Bank Park. Mobile ordering allows you to:

Place your order on your phone from anywhere in Citizens Bank Park
Minimize your time spent in line
Get notified when your order is ready
Pay with credit card, debit card or Apple Pay

Shake Shack is currently available for Mobile Ordering. Additional Mobile Ordering locations will be added as the season progresses.

Your Season Ticket plan(s) can be renewed online with the following steps:

Visit Phillies.com/MyTickets and log in with your account information
Select the "renew/make payments" tab on the left-hand side of the screen
Select the plan you are looking to take action on
Select the payment plan/option that works best for you
Fill out payment information

Tickets can be forwarded to others directly through your MyTickets account!

Visit Phillies.com/MyTickets and log in with your account info
Select the "forward" tab on the left-hand side of the screen
Select a game you are transferring tickets from and the seat(s) from this game
Hit "Choose Friend" at the bottom of the page and select/type in the information of the recipient of the tickets
Select "forward tickets" at the bottom of the screen

If you are interested forwarding multiple games, you can do so by following the steps below:

Select "Add More Tickets" at the bottom left of the screen (blue button)
Repeat the above process until all games needed for transfer are selected
Select "forward tickets" at the bottom of the screen

Do you have a game you can no longer attend? Exchange your tickets from one game to another directly through MyTickets!

Visit Phillies.com/MyTickets and log in with your account information
Select the "exchange" tab on the left side of the screen
Select the game you are looking to exchange out of, and then the tickets
Pick the game date you would like to exchange into. Exchange dates can be found by clicking here.
Complete the process by selecting your new seating location, and refresh your MLB Ballpark App to view the updated ticket inventory.

Season tickets may be exchanged up to 72 hours in advance of the game for any of the pre-selected exchange dates throughout the 2023 season. Exchanges are based on availability. Please note, season ticket locations are the only tickets that can be exchanged. CP Rankin Club tickets may not be exchanged. In addition to online, season tickets can be exchanged at the Phillies Advanced Ticket Windows in person.

If you have a game that you cannot attend, tickets can be donated directly to an organization in The Phillies Charities network through your MyTickets account.

Visit Phillies.com/MyTickets and log in with your account information
Select the "donate" tab on the left-hand side of the screen
Select the game and tickets that you are looking to donate

Please note that donations cannot be accepted within 72 hours of the game date.

MyTickets will allow you to RSVP to exclusive season ticket holder events and access pre-sales and ticket offers!

Visit Phillies.com/MyTickets and log in with your account information
Select the "exclusive offers" tab on the top right-hand side of the screen
Select the offer you are looking to redeem and submit your information

Can't make the game? Post your tickets directly to SeatGeek from MyTickets!

To begin listing your tickets, visit seatgeek.com to create your account and set up direct deposit
Visit Phillies.com/MyTickets and log in with your account information
Select the "sell" tab on the left-hand side of the screen
Select the game date(s) and seat(s) that you are looking to post and press the green "continue" button at the bottom of the screen
From here you will be sent to SeatGeek's site. Enter your email address on your account again and list the tickets!
You will receive an email notification that your tickets have been posted, as well as a follow up email if your tickets sell

Within your MLB Ballpark App, you will have access to the following features:

Viewing your tickets and parking for all games
Adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet (now featuring NFC technology)
Forwarding tickets to others
Posting your tickets to SeatGeek
Mobile ordering
Viewing general Phillies/Citizens Bank Park information

All of your tickets and parking passes can be viewed directly from the MLB Ballpark App!

Open the app and log in with your account information
Select the tickets tab at the bottom of the screen
Select one of the games from this screen, or press the view all button to view every game throughout the season
Click on the seat/parking pass and swipe through your inventory to change seats/parking
Scan these tickets with the QR codes at the gate for entry!

Tickets can be added to your Apple Wallet prior to the start of the game to ensure that you can access your tickets, regardless of connectivity.

Navigate to the tickets tab in the MLB Ballpark App
Select the game date and ticket you would like to add
Tap the "Add to Wallet" button to add your ticket to Apple Wallet
Open up your Apple Wallet as you approach the gate and have your tickets ready
Hold your phone to the reader at the gate and enjoy the game!

If you are unable to attend a game, tickets can be forwarded to others directly through the MLB Ballpark App!

From the Tickets tab, tap on a game to access a list of your tickets.
At the bottom of the list tap "Forward Tickets".
Select the ticket(s) you wish to forward then choose "Select From Contacts", "Via Email", or “Share Link’.
Selecting "Forward Tickets" again prompts you to enter an email address or choose a friend from your Address Book.
You can then add the recipient's name (optional) and a message (optional) before tapping "Send" to complete the forward.

Can't make the game? Tickets for the 2023 season can be posted directly to SeatGeek through the MLB Ballpark App!

Click the sell button for the game you would like to list from your ticket inventory
You will be taken to your MyTickets log in screen to sign in
Once in MyTickets, you will click on the heading that says "Tap to sell your tickets!"
Select the game and seat location to post
Click continue, which will open a SeatGeek page, where you will finalize the posting

Postseason options will be sent via email at the end of August/early September
Season ticket holders will receive an email notification with their postseason offer
Claim your package/select your seats directly through MyTickets

Partial Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for select potential Postseason home games.

Offer will be sent via email in late August/early September
You will have the opportunity to purchase the number of tickets on your plan to one game per round
Purchase tickets through MyTickets
Access prior to the general public

Full Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to purchase their seats for all potential Postseason home games!

Invoices will be sent out via email at the end of August/beginning of September
Invoices will include pricing for every potential postseason home game in your exact seating location
Claim your package online directly through MyTickets

August 2023 - Renewal notices will be sent out via email for the 2024 Season
Late August/early September 2023 - Postseason invoices sent out for 2023 season (if applicable)
November/December 2023 - Spring Training pre-sale for season ticket holders (prior to general public on-sale)
January 2024 - Season ticket holder single game pre-sale (prior to general public on-sale)
February/March 2024 - Barcodes for all tickets paid in full become available in the MLB Ballpark App
